About our chess school
We are passionate about chess and our lessons are dynamic and filled with energy! While we strive to improve your chess skills, we believe that students learn best in a fun and positive atmosphere.
We offer a variety of options in the Edmonton area with individual, group lessons and even chess camps available. If you don't live in the Edmonton area, we can still accommodate you online!
We believe that chess should be a fun and accessible activity that anyone can take part in. We practice a low-pressure approach where students can feel safe to improve their skills in a positive atmosphere. Through this approach, we hope to continue to increase the level of interest and enthusiasm in chess for young learners.
LESSONS OFFERED
We offer a variety of different chess lessons and services. Our teaching curriculum has been created and overseen by our Head Coach - Woman International Master Agnieszka Matras-Clement. Each lesson will consist of a learning segment, where the coach will teach something new, followed by practical application of what has been taught (exercises, practice games etc).
